Spencer Thomas, Analyst at Blue Field Capital

Mr. Thomas, an Analyst at Blue Field Capital, is a vital member of the team responsible for identifying, analyzing, and underwriting potential acquisition opportunities.

Prior to Blue Field Capital, Spencer gained experience in both the commercial mortgage banking and private equity multifamily acquisition industries. In these positions, Spencer was responsible for evaluating and presenting investment opportunities as well as analyzing the performance of assets for lender reporting.

Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from Brigham Young University.
