Jordan Greenwell, Partner at Blue Field Capital

Jordan Greenwell is a Partner at Blue Field Capital, involved primarily in the Operations and Investor Relations aspects of the business.

Prior to joining Blue Field, Jordan was a Partner and the Chief Credit Officer for AvTech Capital (formerly Tetra Financial Group), where he managed Credit and Operations. He helped develop and manage the credit and underwriting processes, due diligence, and background and fraud prevention policies. While there, he was involved in funding almost $1 billion in primarily mid-ticket commercial equipment finance transactions over the course of approximately 15 years, including the debt placement with community, regional and national banks, investment funds, private funds and two private securitization facilities.

Jordan has been an active real estate investor since purchasing his first duplex in 2004, and continues to manage and hold personal real estate investments that include single family rentals, as well as multi-family, office and storage commercial real estate projects.

Jordan graduated Cum Laude from the University of Utah with Bachelors degrees in Finance and German.
