Blue Field was originally founded as an Investment Fund, leveraging its founders legal and real estate expertise. In 2018, Blue Field expanded its team, adding extensive Sponsor experience. Blue Field now owns and manages a diverse portfolio of real estate investments across the US, offering investors the flexibility of investing directly on a deal-by-deal basis, or through a diversified fund structure.
